Feel Better...
Acupuncture is a holistic method of treatment that can treat a wide range of conditions. Acupuncture can also help detect and treat energy imbalances before they lead to sickness making it a highly effective form of preventative medicine.
The underlying principle is that illness and pain occur when the body's qi, or vital energy, cannot flow freely, a sign that the body is out of balance. This can be for any number of reasons such as emotional and physical stress, poor nutrition, infection, or injury. By inserting ultra-fine, sterile disposable needles into specific acupuncture points, the acupuncturist seeks to re-establish the free flow of qi to restore balance and trigger the body's natural healing response.
There is no 'one size fits all' acupuncture treatment because no two people are identical. Traditional acupuncture is a holistic healthcare system that treats the whole person, not just your symptoms.

Traditional Thai Massage
Thai massage is relaxing and uplifting. It stimulates the release of blocked energy and frees the body's own natural healing potential, thus restoring balance, health and harmony. The nature of Thai massage involves yoga stretches and the stimulation of energy meridians along all the muscles using pressure applied by the practitioner's thumbs, palms, elbows and soles of the feet. Deep sustained pressure makes the muscular connective tissue soften and relax so that energy can flow through it easily, in preparation for the large-scale stretches that follow. This type of massage will provide you with an advanced yoga workout that requires no self-discipline, practice or effort on your part.
Thai massage can also effectively treat sports injuries that affect the joints and muscles especially during rehabilitation. Thai Massage is also very effective in treating emotional conditions. The pace of the massage is slow and rhythmical. One technique blends into the next without any suggestion of haste and it is a fully clothed treatment.
Deep Tissue/Swedish Massage
This oil based massage is tailored to the individual’s need therefore the therapist can focus on inducing relaxation to take away the stresses of the day or a deep manipulation of soft tissue to work on particular areas of tension and specific conditions including sports injuries. This massage will contribute to overall physical and emotional well-being.
